Yay Lianne!! Good for you, girl! :) You are doing really great, and

the accountability-factor probably has a lot to do with that. Keep

up the good work, and definitely continue to keep us posted on your

progress. Even though sometimes you might not get a lot of responses

to a " progress report " post, you better believe that everyone is

reading them, and a lot of people are getting inspired and/or

motivated. :)

Thank you, thank you very much. ;-)

Yeah.. that's kind of what I figure... responses not necessary, but

perhaps someone else can benefit from my iterations of my menus...

Good job. Just wondering what your caloric target is? Do you know

what your deficit is at that many calories?

I target a net negative 100-200 calories a day, but I'm only 5 lbs

away from my target. Also, I am getting lean and might need to start

bulking at the end of my 12 weeks.

Thanks!

My deficit is at anywhere from 600-800 calories a day right now. I

am targeting 1608 calories, give or take, with that whole 20% fat,

40% carb, 40% protein blend. The 1608 calories is actually a 500 per

day deficit, with the real deficit including my workouts on top of

lifestyle + basal.

Speaking of getting lean... was looking in the mirror... and noticed

two new " lumps " below my waist...LOL...was my hip bones. I freaked

out until I realized what it was. Starting to get somewhat leaner I

guess. This is all uncharted territory for me because I have NO clue

what I am going to look like in a couple months! Never been below

about 17-18% body fat judging by my appearance right now.
