I wish I could come, I sent you a private email about why I cannot

make it, but I am hoping to soon. I want to meet Robyn. And Jodi,

and many others as well.

Hey, I do have a Disney pass, so maybe we can do that soon.

All this great stuff happening on December 4th and I'll be freezing

my butt off in MD. On the positive side, I'll be shopping until I

can't " shop no more " . Just a " girls weekend " with my friend .

I may be missing all the fun with you ladies this time, but next

time, I'm there no matter what. Have a great time and a sip of

something for me.

Hi ,

I'm sorry that you can't make our little get-together, also that I

didn't see you at LWE this week. Monday was school, Tuesday hubby and I

went to TGI Fridays to play Trivia so I went early, and yesterday my

youngest was having 8 teeth pulled so I went in the morning. Hopefully

I'll see you next week before you go away.

During my last plateau I started to keep and Excel spreadsheet of all my

food and drink. For the first couple of days it felt like the old

dieting days and I immediately wanted to open the pantry - talk about

head hunger and sugar demons! However by the third day I felt much

better. I think it was knowing for certain that I was consuming between

900 and 1000 average cals per day I KNEW that had to start losing again.

I was completely honest with myself (that's a first for me!) and tracked

everything even when we went to Alvarado's and I ate about 1500 cals

that day. Anyway it worked for me and I had a nice loss during the 2nd

and 3rd weeks of doing this.
