IMP in Phoenix Arizona area ?

Patient moving to Goodyear, AZ (Phoenix area). She'd love to consider an IMP

there. Anyone out there? I'll point her to the map, too.

Good person who is working to get better control of DM (her numbers currently

suck... she's laughing since I'm typing this and speaking out loud during the

appt), doing better with HTN and had a small cva (age 45) last December.
