Guest guest
Hi everyone - I have a quick question for you all. I have been following the program for about five weeks now and I find that my sleeping patterns are really off. Last night I cleaned my house at 12am because I still had too much energy. This isn't the first time either. Most of the time I lay in bed, tossing and turning, trying to meditate, whatever I can do to get my mind off of exercise, nutrition, progress, etc. Does anyone know why this happens? Or how to combat the problem? ~M
Guest guest
What are you taking for supplements? I am usually so wiped out I can barely stay awake when I get home from work, so I am wondering if it is some sort of change along those lines. -Lianne > Hi everyone - > > I have a quick question for you all. Guest guest
Lianne - I actually don't take any suppliments right now. In fact, that would just be one more thing to worry about before I go to bed at night... haha =) ~. > > Hi everyone - > > > > I have a quick question for you all. Guest guest
- Oops, missed that it was worrying-related until AFTER I replied...DOH! I'm a natural insomniac, and generally only get 5-6 hours of sleep on a good night anyways, probably part of the difference. I've found tea before bed sometimes helps. Like someone else said, with time, it should pass once the " novelty " of it all wears off. -Lianne > Lianne - > > I actually don't take any suppliments right now.
