Guest guest
For the shakes, I have to use a blender to get the lumps out. For just whey protein, I use a shaker bottle. It would be tough with just a spoon. Sara > > Should he be using a shaker or blender to mix it? Or is the stuff > simply hard to mix up? Thanks for your help! Guest guest
Oh my, Brett! I am in total blender awe... I thought mine was cool but it doesn't do any of that fancy schmancy stuff! I will have to check that out...mine just has two speeds... high, and pulverized... -Lianne > Hard to mix, even with a shaker. Guest guest
I always use a blender for mixing shakes or smoothies. I use EAS Advantage HP Whey Proein for protein powder and I use Myoplex lite for my shakes. Both mix up fine in my blender. I often mix in fresh fruit (banana, melon, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.) with the protein powder and even sometimes put a portion of some of my wife's left over SlimFast Chocolate. Tastes good and mixes fine. Good luck. Guest guest
Hi all, I use a blender at home, but when I bring myoplex to work I use a hand held mixer and a pitcher, cost about ten bucks. Can't add fruit and stuff, but it will mix the shake well. I'm new here, about at the end of week one of a challenge. Attempted to complete a couple of challenges awhile back, and never perservered to my satisfation. This is the one. Regards, Pat > > I'm sure you guys get asked this a lot...and I'm fairly new here, > so > > please bare with me if I've missed the answer. > > > > My brother is a bit ahead of me in this...already has purchased > his > > first EAS protien drink (can't think of the name, but it's the one > > with whey protein). Guest guest
Ooooo a custom one... ;-) -Lianne > Hahaha, ya, it'll do that too, and I didn't even have to pay extra. > > Long story on ours: Lori got it from Costco and we fell in love. I can relate because I was a depression sufferer in the past and still have struggles with anxiety--so I understand. If my little letter helped you, than I'm so thankful!!! Dear , please accept my appologies for not understanding that you and the person who lost his daughter were one and the same. You definitly have a right to feel down and you have my sympathy also. Losing someone you love is a hard road to travel. But I'm glad you believe in an afterlife and that is there waiting. I grew up in a large family of four sisters and one brother. I believe you are right that knows your other kids need their dad now more than ever. I pray your pain does ease soon with time and knowing that you are never alone. Again, sorry for my mistake. A kind gentleman on the list also gently let me know of my mistake, so it's obvious you have folks on the list who care for you. May God bless you and yours in the days and months and years to come.
