Lianne,

The lowest BF I've gotten is in the 14's. Yes, you can expect to lose most,

if not all, of your " chest. " Those are almost pure bodyfat so they will

disappear at a rapid rate the lower you go in bodyfat.

One thing you need to consider in getting to low bodyfat, it is hard to keep

up with as a lifestyle. I have a good friend who succeeded wildly with

Leanness Lifestyle but living that lifestyle is close to impossible unless

you are very, very, VERY disciplined in your eating. Most every woman who

did the Diva challenge with her - and they all ended up with low BF - has

rebounded to a more livable BF

number. The sad thing is that many of them have totally blown the hard

work they put in because it was so strict that once they got off the wagon,

so to speak, they just haven't been able to make themselves get back on.

What always keeps me from getting lower than I have is that I don't ever

want to get to a place (say 12%) to where if I creeped back up to 14 - 15%,

I'd think I had failed. Does that make sense? I love where my body is now

and I don't want to get really lean and then be dissatisfied with what I

love right now - because I'm plenty lean. From the competitor's board on

Lean and Strong, that seems to be a common feeling amongst the women who do

dip low in BF.

I hope all that makes sense. BUT - on the flip side - if you are thinking

of competing, you are going to have to get that low and lower. That's a

thought!
