Guest guest
When you get to a certain weight, it seems to be a catch 22, and add in your medical problems, unless they include nausea when you eat, it isn't surprising you can't lose weight. When I first started losing, I weighed over 230 pounds on my short body. Could hardly walk. And I had gained most of the weight because they were undertreating me for thyroid too. I don't know how the doctors could have missed for more than a year that my thyroid meds were not adequate. I got help through Weight Watchers. had tried on my own with various methods from diet restrictions to high protein diets, portion control. But I didn't really know anything about portion control. WW taught me. I have now gone back to WW online and it is helping. They have a lot of information. There are other sites online too. But, as close as you are to finishing your treatment I know I would just wait. I wouldn't be surprised when your blood levels get up where they belong that you would have energy to do more and just lose the weight from activity. Good Luck. Guest guest
Thanks, Jan. That's what I'm hoping for to lose the weight naturally after the treatment is over and I have more energy.
