I ain't taking anything that ain't bioidentical. Why should I, when bioidentical is available?

Helen,

Could you ask for an estrogen patch like Climara, Vivelle or Estraderm along with Prometrium? Maybe your doc doesn't know they are bioidentical? <grin>

These two aren't perfect but they might get you thru until you could get to a more educated doc???? Just thinking out loud. Your doc must have prescribed patches before, no?

Estrace and EstroGel and Prometrium are all bio-identical hormones and all have had extensive testing.

Is she not aware of any of Vliet's book or Uzzi? Madeleen __________________________________________________

Helen,

You are finding the trypothan is working for you? Were you depressed? I just weaned off Ambien and I'm going through heck. I'm also weaning off zoloft and then will wean off the zanex. But I'm having a hard time with constant anxiety and depression. I'm using this company to help me. www.labelmesane.com

I am also using OOE which I am actually absorbing!

It's like I mentioned I had insomna, and was taking neurontin now tapering off it, that I took to help me taper off klonopin, and she asked if I had tried Trazadone. Well, why would I want to take some heavy duty stuff like that? I told her I was taking tryptophan and it worked pretty well for me. Duh. Why take some pharmaceutical sledgehammer when you can take something that occurs naturally in your body? They can't make a profit off patenting it, boo hoo. Helen>

Hi Liz:

The klonopin gave me horrible depression which the neurontin reversed

for a while. The tryptophan I take for insomnia which is why I was on

the klonopin.

The benzo group at yahoo is a good one to check out. I put some

materials in the files there to teach people how to water taper off

their benzos which I would highly recommend to you if you are going

to tackle xanax.

Some of my friends there took labelmesane products and it made them

worse, so be careful.

take care,

Helen
