Guest guest
I'd recommend doing BFL nutrition even if you are going to Curves. Although BFL is probably calorie restricted depending on your portion size, a severely restricted plan will cause you to lose muscle. With BFL you will be getting enough calories and will likely burn more calories than you consume with your workouts at Curves. How many days per week are you going to Curves? I just heard good things about Curves today from a coworker. Different things work for different people and I think it is great that you are working out and wanting to eat right. Try the portion balance carb, protein, and veggies, 5-6 meals per day. It is the best in my opinion. Andy > I have been on BFL before but off for awhile now. I have been on this rollercoaster ride for years and never have > I made it for life : -(
