Bonnie,

Hopefully the Subject line will draw someone who knows

more about the MDL than I do.

Welcome to the group . . . Hopefully you'll hear from

someone in South Carolina . . . We have a lot more

members than we have posters. You're not alone. Maybe

someone will contact you through your personal address

if they don't want to post to the board.

The good news is that you can still get better. It may

take you longer than some women, but if you'll make a

committment and stick to it, you'll be pleasantly

surprised. Just take one step at a time. Don't let it

overwhelm you.

I'd suggest getting a copy of " The Maker's Diet " . It

would be tough abruptly adopting that eating style,

but you can start with what you're comfortable with

and use that as a goal. What you eat is very

important!

Something we haven't discussed lately is how much

benefit you can get from eating fresh, raw, crushed

garlic. . . I'm sitting here with garlic breath as I

write. It's incredible as a natural antibiotic,

antifungal and antioxident. Also outstanding are Oil

of Oregano and Olive Leaf Oil. . . Start with small

doses and built slowly. You will probably feel a

little worse temporarily, but just tell yourself

that's a signal you really needed it!

After you've been sick for so long, you are extremely

likely to have a systemic problem with fungus/yeast.

Fungal Defense is outstanding . . . one bottle should

get you ready for Primal Defense . . . check

www.appleadayandbeyond.com for information.

www.vitachoice.com has good prices too. Compare both.

If you're short on funds, you can use organic

unprocessed foods to put the good bacteria back in

your body.

There are a lot of detox programs that can help too.

Check our archives . . . if you have a question,

chances are one of our ladies can tell you what they

experienced.

Of course, it's very important that you get your

implants out. . . make sure your doctor will commit to

removing your implants en bloc! make them put it in

writing! You will also want the doctor to use drains.

Some of our women are experiencing problems because

the doctor didn't remove all the capsules and didn't

leave the drains in long enough. If you'll post the

name of a doctor you're considering, other women will

likely share their experiences with you.

We're here for you and want to help. Please let us

know how we can help!

Hugs and prayers,

Rogene
