What would be wrong if someone used Skim Milk Plus, a couple of

scoops of cocoa and sweeten it with Spenda?

I don't have all that stuff with me so I can't be sure of the

nutritional information, but I am sure that the sugars and carbs

would be much less. You'll have to experiment with the amounts of

cocoa and splenda to get a good flavor, but it may be worth a try.

There is also a product out called a Carb Friendly Dairy Product.

Though it isn't milk, it does have only 8 grams of carbs and does

taste very much like milk. The fat content is less than 7% as well.

If I can recall to do it tonight, I'll get the name and post it for

ya'll.

Usually with a protein shake, i just use skim milk and chocolate

protein powder if I'm in a hurry and dont have time to grab fruit.

Otherwise, I just mix it with water and have a piece of fruit. I

don't use the soy milk, it's way too expensive for as much as I consume:)

The stuff I use is produced by a company called HOOD and it called

Carb Counters Dairy Product.

3g Carb (2 net for the Adkins group)

4.5g fat

18g Protein

2g sugar

It comes in chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and amazingly enough,

milk flavored.
