I am baking the pumpkin cheesecake and ooolala, it smells sooooo

delish!! The filling was really tasty so I know when it's done it's

going to be good:) It's going to be tough to try to keep the kids

away from it.

One cool thing with this Eating For Life book is that the recipies are

so simple and they are a snap to make. It's such a good feeling when

the kids ask me for a shake or muffins now instead of sugary sweet

stuff. Of course, I never gave them the sweet stuff before unless the

mom said it was ok first, but I know what's going into them, so I know

it's healthy:))

Hope y'all are having a great day! I tell ya, the only way to workout

is FIRST thing in the morning. My day goes so much better and I'm so

much more easy to get along with:)) haha!

I am 100% in agreement with you there Leigh! I am a different person when I

can get my workout done in the morning before I start my day.

A study that I read in Consumer Reports on Health last month said

people that exercise in the morning slept 70% better than those that

didn't. Those that exercised in the evening slept worse than those

that didn't exercise at all.

Probably isn't the case for everyone and may make a difference how

late you exercise. If you are having problems sleeping, morning

exercise only would definitely be something to consider.

Funny, I don't sleep any different when I work out at night vs. in

the morning. I have been doing evening workouts for quite a while

now because my sister is my workout buddy and she can't go in the

morning as she leaves for work at 6am and our fitness center doesn't

open that early. The latest we finish up a workout ever is like

8:45pm though, so it's probably enough time to " wind down " before

bedtime.
