I just got word that the proclaimation that I posed to the county

legislature proclaiming " The Week " was passed unamiously and with a

hearty " well done " . I am getting copies of that proclamation for all

of my dispatchers and presenting that along with the dispatcher of

the year at a luncheon on April 13, 2000. Part-timers will be

filling in for lunch so that all may attend.

I was sure of that. My keyboard does the same thing. I type something

important, then when I send it the KeyBoard deletes it for some unknown

reason.<:-)
