It's funny...I have found when I lift I get more out of the workout.

Yet cardio is great in the a.m...I must be a nut!!

Wow, what a coincidence. I feel the same way. For a while I tried to

just look at the weights and " think " myself to fitness. That didn't

work too well. THEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN I got a bright idea of getting

fit by osmosis by snatching a few 45lb plates from the gym and

sleeping on top of them. Then I figured to go by the book and

actually LIFT the weights. WOW, what a difference.
