Guest guest
Dear Colin, You may find thw product you bout that has magnesium in it has too many B vitamins not balanced by a full range of nutrients; hence, may cause more anxiety for you. Can anyone direct Colin to where he can buy magnesium supplements? The other option is to purchase online, Colin. Regards,
Guest guest
Hi Colin I had a look around the net for you as promised (just in case your concerntration is bad again today), the link below takes you straight to the magnesium. Many of thier products contain various added vitamins such as B6 and D but this one doesn't mention any. I'll paste the ingredients below for catherine to check out and thn the link. It's called Magnesium 300 Lyd Each tablet provides on average 300mg of Magnesium, which is 100% of the EC Recommended Daily Allowance. Free from artificial colours and preservatives, Gluten and Lactose. No added salt or sugar. contains Magnesium Oxide, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Maltodextrin, Modified Starch, Magnesium Stearate. http://www.worldwideshoppingmall.co.uk/body-soul/magnesium.asp ___________________________ > Dear Colin, > > > You may find thw product you bout that has magnesium in it has too many B > vitamins not balanced by a full range of nutrients; hence, may cause more > anxiety for you. > > > Can anyone direct Colin to where he can buy magnesium supplements? Guest guest
Dear , Should I stop taking the tablets I have immediately? I'm trying to source the other Homeopathic stuff recommended. Good news is, today is a little easier so far. I thought it was due to taking the magnesium.. Psychosomatic??? Psychosomatic???>> ** In this case, I wouldn't stop them. I'd see how thnigs went for the next few days. I'd just like to see you have the option to take more magnesium than is included in these supplements. I'd say pick up a bottle of manesium and use it to supplement what you have while continuing to take what you got the other day unless you really sense they are making you worse than you were. It would b winderful if you could tolerate the B vitamins. People are usually quite deficient in them. Thanks for keeping me posted. It works well this way.
