Hi Mark. I congratulate you on your courage and perseverance. Also on

inspiring a friendship such as you have. One of the very best things I

have done for my health is also one of the cheapest. Got this out of a 25

cent used book. Take one clove of garlic. Peel it (thin peels). Make

little slits in it lengthwise. Oil it. Insert it into the oiled anus.

Keep it there until it is expelled in a bowel movement. Then replace it.

Continue this as long as you can-days or weeks. Cheap and does a lot of

good for the entire body, not just the area of insertion. I have gotten

2 very grateful emails for this little tip. One concerned severe anal

itching and the other pain. But it does the whole body good!! I

apologize for the indelicate nature of this post. Best wishes, pj

pj .. I can only imagine the expression I must have had on my face

after reading about your garlic clove tip. I do know my mouth had

dropped open. Now, I have heard everything. LOL

It sorta makes sense tho. I understand the theory behind coffee

enemas. The book you got this tip from.. what did it say this would

do and what was the logic behind it? I admit to an enormous curiosity

and I am not dismissing it out of hand. Stranger things than this in

folk remedies have been proven later to have some validity in fact.

Is this only for people with colon cancer? Again, just real curious.

What oil is used? Thanks. Lola

You both have tickled my funny bone, too! :-D

We tend to approach these email posts with such seriousness and concentration

that it is nice when there is the occasional post that brings us out of that

state and lets us see the funny little details that are hidden in everything we

have to do.

When I first joined the Crock_Lakhovsky group, I was laughing all the time and I

could even be part of adding to the funny imaginative pictures, but we have

gotten too serious and haven't laughed nearly so much in several months.

So thanks for the laughter. I'm not gonna share that with a date, tho! ;-))))

Methinks that Garnet's about to doff her urine therapy slicker

and post a " The humor was a nice change, but, its gone a bit OT. "

message;-))))) To keep this post legit, I say:

Does DMSO taste great ?

Is DMSO less filling ?

Is it best shaken or stirred ?

When shaken or stirred, does it form a head like beer ?

We tend to approach these email posts with such seriousness and

concentration that it is nice when there is the occasional post that

brings us out of that state and lets us see the funny little details that

are hidden in everything we have to do.

When I first joined the Crock_Lakhovsky group, I was laughing all the

time and I could even be part of adding to the funny imaginative

pictures, but we have gotten too serious and haven't laughed nearly so

much in several months.

So thanks for the laughter. I'm not gonna share that with a date, tho!
