Hi Terry,

You said:

find where they were posted before. Can anyone help? Was country

ask for it by name and mg or g or whatever. what does the label say?>>

*** Yes, Country Life is a good one. It has vitamin E (and I think garlic

also) added to keep it fresh. There are a couple of other brands, but I

will have to dig in the archives to find them.

NOTE: Anyone who can find 's post including fish oil brand names

in the archives (it's a short one, not a long article), please feel free to

post it.

about " liquid " calcium caps? I have never heard of these. What

brand is this? >>

*** Brands are not all that important. It's the form that it's in that is

important. For magnesium, look for magnesium asporotate or magnesium

taurate. There are a number of manufacturers who make them.

For calcium, look for capsules (softgels or whatever) that contain liquid

calcium. They're quite common. Don't get a calcium product that is

combined with anything else (often it is combined with magnesium). This

shouldn't be hard to find. Just read the labels carefully.

I have found all these products in anumber of different health food stores.

Good luck in your quest :-)

Hugs,

Kim
