Hi. I'll kinda do a mighty 100 but I'm just going to continue counting from my current count. So, I would have kinda celebrated my 100th workout anyway, if I ever get there (but I KNOW I will). hehe. I should maybe get the abs and glutes video sometime too or perhaps one of the new Ultimate tapes. Thanks for letting me know that the Tae Bo Totals don't have much floor work. They might be good advanced workouts for me too then since they stress more cardio which I can probably hang with better. The Everyday Speedy Angel " ...losing is not always a disaster. Guest guest
the only tae-bo video i have seen in stores here is the old crunch tae-boxing thing. i have it and do it once in a while but it isnt that great, imo. to get tae-bo videos here we can use ebay, amazon.ca, the shopping channel, shopnorthern.com, maybe cksales, trade with americans or pay big big US dollars and shipping fees. but yes of course we usually need a credit card to shop online. also to join in our abs & glutes workout, you dont have to have that particular tape... you could do some other abs/butt workout if you like... perhaps the floorwork from another tae-bo workout or a non-taebo workout that has an abs and/or butt section.... or you could do your own routine maybe incorporating some weights. lots of options *~*~*~*~* Carolyn in ONT Canada RE: > I'd love to, but I don't have the videos and currently the CC is > maxed, lmao. Guest guest
, Not very much actually, the original advanced has some but I lent it to my brother. The other 4 advanced don't have much in it at all, especially for doing it only once a week. But if I take a Tae Bo break on Wednesday's and do Tony then for abs and glutes well then that should be fine. I should get a one probably 1st of 2nd full week of January but will use Tony for now.
