Guest guest
Hi nne, I kept trying more and more E. It didn't help. I am so skinny that I think it just wouldn't hold steady and the fluctuations really messed me up. I never got as high as you but I was up to 16mg of OOE a day. But I was also on the benzo by then, so who knows. And then I tried adding some Thyroid and Cortef. sent me through the roof. Found out later, that Cortef and Xanex don't mix. So for now, while on the benzo, I need to be careful what I use. Thank you as always for sharing your experiences!!!!! Liz Top posting. Liz, Anxiety is a low E sign for me. Or it could be the SHBG kicking in blocking things. When I was on the 23mg.OOE, all it took was more E and the anxiety was gone. Now I am on the tabs (6mg) and still titrating doses, so I have anxiety again at times. The pills last longer than the oo drops though. Maybe the P would help, but if I take it in the day, I am tired with no motivation at all and crave food all day long. I am using 50mg oral P at night for now. nne I think I"m still on the roller coaster ride. I am taking valium so the ride is now different . But I'll get through it. Like I said my next step is to try the pellet therapy. Just waiting for an office to open up in Beverly Hills in Aug. We will see where that takes me. I don't know how to prove this or even if it's really a possibility, but I think the extreme anxiety for me had to do with the P and my Gaba receptors. I think when I came down off of a double E month along with the dropping of P, it created a sort of "withdrawal" effect akin to a benzo withdrawal. Just another pondering on my part. I've been trying to figure this all out and being on the benzo's has opened up a whole nother world. ..
