Guest guest
Donna, the doctor told us that he couldn't get the light all the way in because of so many scars from past surgeries, so he wants my primary care doctor to do a Barium enema and take x-rays, or cat scan. He didn't say a word about what might be causing the bleeding. He did tell Don and my daughter that Don's bleeding was from hemorrhoids. I hope that is all that is wrong with mine. I don't know yet when I will be seeing my doctor. Imogene In a message dated 12/6/2006 12:51:56 AM Central Standard Time, twomido@... writes: Glad you are back! Hope all the testing went well. Guest guest
You have probably seen enough MDs for the moment, Imogene. It would seem with kids, it probably is hemorrhoids. Maybe after Christmas....Are you getting ready for that? I am trying to. I wouldn't want to stay awake! Put me way under and do what ever you have to and wake me when it's over!!!!! I don't care about the finer details. LOL Hugs. Donna R Caregave for Mom (after I brought her from WI to MI) for 3 years and 4th year in a nh. She was almost 89 when she died in '02. Guest guest
I am going to keep things quiet for my Don. He loves our one son and daughter more that anyone, and likes them here, but doesn't like a bunch. So, we won't have anyone here. I don't care. A crowd is too hard anymore. I have a curious medical thinking mind, and wanted to watch the whole thing. I did groan and actually hollered one time, but that is when he quit. I had told him I might holler, but I didn't care I wanted to watch. He couldn't go anymore. I have received one little picture of a so called polyp. It looks more like a sore to me, and actually looks bloody. It sure isn't a round ball on a stem. Hemorrhoids are a strong possibility. I saw them in a perfect ring, but none were broken. That doesn't mean one hadn't broken with the test I had. I don't understand a slow bleed with one, but I guess it could, and maybe did. I always thought Hemorrhoid bled bright red and you could see it. Live and learn. That is what this curious mind wants to do. Now, to hurry up and wait to see my Doctor. Imogene Caregiver for my True Texas Gentleman husband of 36 years. He has LBD with Parkinsonism. Guest guest
Thank you, Lyn. I love your insight into the medical, and other personal reasons things are, or can be, the way they are. You have validated my thinking many times. Thanks again, Imogene In a message dated 12/7/2006 7:41:46 PM Central Standard Time, lprattbethany@... writes: Dear I, So aglad you're back - hope everything is okay (best it can be).
