I had a complete hysterectomy so that it would not come back and went without hormones for over six months. I often wonder if the two diseases are linked. I hope that this surgery will give you some reprieve from the pain as that was the worst for me...I still get phantom pain on the right side as that ovary was huge. That surgery for my right ovary was about twenty years ago now (wierd huh?) but had the hysterectomy ten years ago now. I remember thinking that all of my troubles would be over after that one!
