Gymmie,

Irene's class was a blast!!! She is sooooo funny but she's hard

too. during class she said, " They don't call me 'Mean Irene' for

nothing!!! "

well that is really neat!

ive heard billy say that he likes to still workout with taebo so that he

stays on top of it, but i didnt realize that he was using a tape! LOL! i

guess i thought that he would just make up his own new routine as he went

along... heh heh.

yes that is one reason why i stopped doing advanced tapes for a while and

went back to all basics... i had read billys book and it really made me

form concious so i had to take a step back for a while. i hope to be

getting back into doing advanced tapes sometime next month... but just got 3

new basic tapes in the mail today so it will be a little while

I'm glad Irene's feeling better. When we were there in June she had an injury

and couldn't teach. I talked to her in the hall on my way down from the 3rd

floor for a few minutes. She's great!
