Dear Jay,

<<catherine do you know if supralike contains

Niacinimide or Niacin>>

** It has 25 mg. of Niacinamide. I've never been able to take Niacin or

Niacinamine alone or with a few other nutrients but I found that taking it

in a formula containing a full spectrum of nutrients smoothed it out and

made it so that I had no difficulty at all with this formula (I take 2 oz a

day with no trouble at all).

Has anyone else been sensitive to Niacin or Niacinimide and been able to

take Ultra Body Toddy (or not been able to take it)?

<<is there anything i can take without niacinamide or

niacin that could be as effective?>>

No quality multivitamin formulas are without it.

I'll tell you what. You get it, begin by taking 1 tablespoon a day for a

week. After that, increase it to 1/4 of an oz. for a week. The following

week, do half an ounce, and finally, the fourth week do an oz. If you can

do a half oz. to an ounce a day, you'll be getting some very good nutrients.

If you can't do it, I'll buy it from you at full price and pay for the

shipping. This is how sure I am that you will do fine on it.

Dear Jay,

<<what should i look for if i dont do fine on it?>>

** An unpleasant effect that is unbearable and does not go away. This

more than likely will not happen. As I've mentioned before, I've had really

sensitive people take it beginning the way I mentioned to you when they

couldn't take an entire dose. All of them managed to build up to a normal

dose without any problems, and today, will all say they are glad they did

it.

** Fantastic! I think you'll love it after you've taken it for a while

and seen what it does for you.
