I rarely sit for more than about 30

seconds as i always have everything in the other end of the house. Does

this qualify as exercise? I guess it must. I've taken off about 60 lbs.

ROTFLMAO!!! You're in constant motion, I take it!! LOL It must be exercise if you've lost all that weight. LOL Good for YOU, too!!!

Hey Glitter,

Think i ought to write a book on exercise for the brain damaged and

adhd? You think they'd catch on the reason the adhd crowd is always

boucing off the walls is that they need some exercise. Wel anyway i

Thanks, Ros. I don't thin a book would come out readable using this

brain. But then the people who could use and understan the book cold

follow along with no trouble. But how to get it past the editors pencil?
