Guest guest
Hi Gyana, I don't know if you realize that almost all of us are not on Wiley Protocol. Many of us started out on it and couldn't not take the progesterone phase without serious problems. We discovered that progesterone creme accumulated in our fat bases and continued to give us many problems after stopping the protocol. Our stories and more about this are on the the first page of http://rhythmicliving.com. Bent Formby has helped us figure out some of the problems we began to experience and their relation to massive progesterone overdosing. Depression is one and here's the link for it: http://rhythmicliving.com/recovery_resources.html#neurosteroids I'm not sure what to tell you at this point as I'm not on WP and don't intend to return to it again. I'm using smaller doses of hormones gently cycling them through the month and overall am doing well. I'm sure other women here will chime in and give you their opinions also.
