One of the things I had hoped to raise was my skin issue (soles of

both feet) and also the burning pain and numbness in my lower legs.

As previously reported to this list, this smelley discharge and

flaky rash is slowly resolving. (( I wrote to you about 5 or 6 days

ago and will say now that even in the interveening period that there

has been a further improvement))

((( Note big SIGH! .......yup my post fell off the system but no

worries 'cause I can now give u a longer view of my recent

progress)))

(((( OH! and yes ..............the magnesium has helped))))

Dealing firstly with pain relief.

I told you that I obtained the remedy Nettineurin S (your

recomended remedy has not yet arrived at the health food store).

GOOD NEWS

The Nettineurin S seems to work.

My Dr had previously given me Paracetomol + codenine .......then

switched me to something called Diclofenac sodium.

As you know I already have severe tinitus and though the Diclofenac

sodium did a good job on the pain it made the TINITUS IMPOSSIBLE

I stopped the Diclofenac sodium and returned it to my DR (( No

warnings about tinitus were given to me by the Dr nor indeed were

such warnings included in the P.I.L))

I am real pleased to tell you that I can now get through

the nights sleep WITHOUT having to take any form of analgesic pain

relief!!!!

As for the flaky rash / discharge it too now shows signs of

resolving at a slightly quicker rate too.

:-)

Refering now to numbness in limbs and poor reflex's in

ankles ..........virtually zero reflex's in soles.

My GP has asked for a Consultant to examine me for peripheral

neuropathy.

Blood tests (such as they do in the UK/Ireland) 'praps not as

exhaustive as one would like under the circumstances are all OK save

for elevated Chlosestrol ((high 6's)) no B12 probs, no Diabetes.

I was also given x-Rays of back, hips & legs ...............again

all reasonable considering age etc.

Jumping ahead a little ......................my GP has hinted that

if/when I do finally get seen by a

Neurologist ....................the only therapy on offer will be

DRUGS

he is second guessing but expects Amyltryptlyene and or Neurontin.

You can imagine how wretched I felt an the very mention of drug

classes associated with the predicament that I have found myself in.

GOING ROUND IN CIRCLES in more than just one way too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

JEEEEEEEEEEEZZZZ

Some good news.

My GP accepts that I have a problem

My GP accepts that I AM NOT the problem ..............in that I have

no depression nor indeed no epilepsy.

My GP accepts that my physical health problems are as a direct

result of my treatment by previous Dr's

MY GP accepts my utter incredulitity at the mere hint I might be

offered a TriCyclic even though is use is OFF LIST indeed as is

Neurontin here being offered for Neuropathetic pain when it's UK

approval is for Epilepsy.

My GP is WILLING to co operate with other (alternative practioners)

though it remains to be seen if the tab can be picked up by our

national health service.

Lets hope I can find someone in North Ireland.

One wonders if his Co=operation might extend to an all expenses paid

trip to the US of A after all this guy has sat in a meeting with

Medwar , bought Breggins book

AND

acknowledges that BIG PHARMA CO's have hidden the downside risks of

their SSRI's

Sounds like your kinda of doctor

THERE IS HOPE

The only other thing that occurs ................is he has not got a

clue to exactly what is wrong with my legs.

AND finally

Tinitus

Jeeeeezzzzzzzzzzzzzz this is an issue for me all the

time .................it was an impossibility when I took the Nas

aids for a few days or so .............then setteled again.

Whilst I was at the health food store I was offered a remedy for

Tinitus called

Dr Reckeweg R191 ...........comprising

Asarum europoeum

Chinium sulfuricum

Phosphorus

As before ................I have bought it and was waiting to see if

I had a success with the Nettineurin S (burning pain remedy) before

I tried it out.

do you think it's time to give this a whirl

too ................or should I leave a few more days, I understand

it's important NOT to make too many changes in an over rapid period

of time.

As for the Arsenicum Album 30C .............your comments to Ros

have been noted and I hope in the near future to give this remedy a

try.

Best wishes to you
