Guest guest
Congratulations! I am starting to sleep better as well. I used to only sleep in 2 - 3 hour increments, being awake an 1-2 hours in between. I was always exhausted and would dream like crazy. Now I sleep like a log. I feel like cement when I sleep. I actually have trouble waking up now and get the whole dry mouth, goey eyes upon waking. It is weird. It has been years since I slept this hard. Only problem for me now is that I have a difficult time falling asleep and sometimes staying asleep, but I think the actual quality of sleep is better. I wonder though if this is just a withdrawal symptom or if I will still be able to sleep well after wiuthdrawal. Hopefully I will be able to sleep well and fall asleep quickly. Wouldn't that be nice? Happy Sleep, nyia > Helo; > > Alleluia!!! Silence! Peace! and SLEEP!!! I can't believe it after all > this time. No drugs, no pills, no tea, no nothing and i'm falling aslee > quite easily now. Guest guest
> I'd just like to say to you all esp Terry-- I don't know how you guys > do it-- work and go through this withdrawal business. It's amazing otme. > I've come a very long way bu how you can hold a job and NOT sleep is > beyond me. You are towers are strength for this and other maladies. Janet...LOL! I certainly DON'T feel like a tower of strength. I am the boss at my job so can slide by some days without doing much if I need to. My decision making skills have not been affected (remembering them is another thing! LOL!) ..I am very blessed to have found some wonderful employees who make work okay. If it was not for this, I would not be doing as well! Hoping you sleep well AGAIN tonight!! Terry
