It is REALLY hard for me to stay away from summer tomatoes too. But I keep some Vitamin K on hand for the times that i do and it seems to work! Judith Personally I know that I must stop eating nightshades as I identified tomatoes several years ago as causing my arthritis symptoms, which is inflammation. I have slowly started eating tomatoes, peppers and potatoes frequently. I am now stopping that again and cracking down on gluten products in an effort to see if my ankles stop swelling.
