question about space requirements

Do any of you know if there are any regulations out there for space

requirements/safety codes for private primary care practices and where these

requirements can be viewed? We are about to rent a space for our IMP (in Texas)

and the space will need some renovation work so we'd like to renovate following

these guidelines if they exist. I've looked into the Dept of health and

Medicare websites but can not find any info on this. Any help/guidance would be

much appreciated.
