Guest guest
Thanks Deby, No I have not tried it but I do know when I eat products with MSG which most processed foods have it in it(Mono Sodium Glumate) than I do experience more symptoms and diahrea on occasions. Thanks for the site. I know that a good heathy diet alone with stretches or a little walking would make us all feel better but especially the healthy diet part and good deep restful sleep.....Tonya
Guest guest
Actually YES I have heard Holistic MDs, Chiros, and people with fibro say that going off of aspertame completely has helped many .. It didnt make any difference for me, but i never used much, just a diet coke every once in a while. BUT the stuff can often mimic the symptoms of fibro and few MDs will tell you that, or maybe they dont even know it themselves. there are documented cases that aspertame caused a MISDIAGNOSIS and removal eliminated all the symptoms and the person was " cured " . It is truly worth a try and while you are at it, switch to good old H2O permanently cause even if it is not causing your symptoms it is not good for you > >Message: 2 > Date: Fri, 28 Dec 2001 16:39:00 -0800 > >Subject: MSG/ASPERTAME > >Right before Christmas our local t.v. station aired a health segment about >fibro.
