Guest guest Posted October 20, 2008 Report Share Posted October 20, 2008 I have been reading and following the exercise programs within the activity book. I am still in chapter 4. I am just curious if anyone has completed the book and found it helpful with overcoming anxiety, and depression. i tend to wonder back into the past and I get stuck there. I want to be able to be ok with the fact that my husband killed himself. But being stuck in the past will not let me be happy in the future. Any advice would be helpful. I really enjoy reading others responses. I am new to this site and so far have found it helpful that others do and are going through some of the same things i deal with daily.
