if the water is a hydrosol the fragrance will be an integral part of

it... so it could be just hydrosol plus preservative...

No, I can't picture a company, particularly a french one designating

hydrosol as " water " . It would be like calling a Mercedez Benz by the

name of " Bicycle " .

The FO is green tea. It deosn't smeel green tea at all. It smells

perfumy. And the ingredient list clearly states " Parfum " .
