Tara Bellmay and Aissa Refol from Sunny Days came to our house on

Sat - 12/9 for the evaluation. They said Zack will qualify - we're

still waiting to hear from our Case Manager, so we haven't been

assigned a PT yet. They'll be going to Zack's Daycare - I'm hoping

it all pulls together in the next week or so.
