I was helped by the addition of glyconutritionals to my diet. It's truly been a gift from God. I was introduced to this relatively new science last June. It took about three weeks before my pain was gone (varies for everyone) and the pain actually got worse before it got better. However, I've never looked back. I'm sorry you weren't, however, I don't think 10 days is a long enough trial. I have several people in my group that are also " rid " of this disease (symptoms) as long as they take their products. Your symptoms sound like the classic " cleansing crisis " symptoms which are very normal...as I said, I got worse before I got better and that's what a lot of my friends have found also. I, too, had more headaches than normal as I went through the whole detoxifying process. I've heard of people feeling results in 12 hours, some six months, so as you said, everyone is different. I was sold $200 worth of their products with all the research to " cure " CFS done by Dr. Daryl See (the research was later determined to be bogus and he was totally discredited). I was told there was a money back guarantee and to get best price I needed to become a " dealer " so I did.
