best delivery method for hormones?

Hello,

Danna again. Next week I'll be able to saliva test for most hormones and

after that I'll be running out of MS creams. There's been so much

discussion about different deliveries for hormones and I'm still at a loss

as to what to ask my doctor to order. I'd appreciate the practitioners in

the group giving some feedback about what you have seen working best over

the years to get the hormones into the system. I had been thinking of OO

but it sounds like somewhat of a hassle in that I hear some of you say

that it goes in fast and may require alot of applications thru the day and

that it's greasy and hard to handle.
