Guest guest
LuAnn, Having spent over 28 years in this industry it is difficult to name just one good book. I grew up on Harry's Cosmeticology, The Chemistry and Manufacture of Cosmetics and many others that I no longer remember their titles. Some of the older books are out of print but may be found at Amazon.com. Another good source is www.allured.com <http://www.allured.com/> . Go to the bookshelf section. Some of these books have been rewritten with new authors/editors. Good luck in picking just one. Young KY Labs Innovators of Fine Personal Care Products www.kylabs.com Which book? Hello, I thinking about investing in a good book on cosmetic chemistry so that I can learn more about it and I'd like to have your opinions. I have seen and have access to the " Handbook of Cosmetic Science and Technology " edited by Andre O. Barel, Marc Paye, I. Maibach, through inter-library loan so I wouldn't want to spend my money on this one. If you could only buy ONE book to have as a reference book, which one would it be? TIA, LuAnn

Guest guest
Welcome! The workbook " Get out of your mind and into your life " by C. is the one that the majority on this forum are reading. It is a good introduction to ACT and has a lot of helpful exercises that you can do at your own pace. Talk later, Cosmo I am very new to this and just signed up for this group.
