I am working my way through Acceptance & Commitment Therapy for Anxiety Disorders of Georg Eifert and Forsyth here in Africa. I thought it will be helpfull to be part of a community around ACT for me to learn and to contribute, rather than to learn in isolation. I am excited about this opportunity.
