Well...I got all my tests back & everything is coming back negative!

Yahoo!!! The only thing that came back abnormal is my Vitamin D

level...it was 21 (normal is 32-90). I was wondering if anyone else has

had issues with their Vitamin D level being low? Just curious!

Hi

I don't know what my vitamin D levels are, but I've just started to

take Vitamin D regularly. My En looks like it's diminishing, but it

might also be the time of year (when I've had it before, it went away

in September/October). A friend of mine who is also a physician tells

me that people with low Vitamin D are more prone to auto immune

disorders. So while low Vit D might not be your trigger, it might make

you more susceptible to EN when you are in contact with your trigger,

or might just make you more susceptible to a number of autoimmune

diseases.
