Hi Becki,

So good to hear from you! I'm so happy your transplant went well, it must feel wonderful to breathe easy again!! I hope you can kick the infection and stomach problem fairly soon. Keep in touch, okay, would love to read the Newspaper articles.

Hello Everyone,

As most of you know I got my new lungs Sept 15th.....I spent 4 days in ICU and 9 days total in the hospital. So Im did pretty dang good...hehehe.

Its me in the Flesh...lol...or so to speak. I am doing well, aside from a slight lung bug and a stuffy head. My FEV! is already at 84%...better then Brad's. Told him he needs to start running or Im gonna catch up...hehehe

I know I haven't been good with updatyes and all. I am just soooooo dang busy. Im at Mayo everyday except Saturday and Sunday.Rehab, Blood Work, x-rays,appts, etc. They also found my stomach is barely working at all...not emptying that is.....

Anyways....I will try to be better about emailing an update.

All my bronch's have been clear of rejection....my astimosis site got infected though....ughhhhhhhh

I'll write more later....I'll email you all 3 of my Newspaper articles later....
