Jerzy,

There are some recipe's for breads made with " Almond Flour " and several other

non-grain flours. They are good too. You can probably get the books in a

health food store.

Tom

Hi Jerzy!

Hi,

I just got my food sensitivity test results, and I was told to

eliminate grains and dairy from my diet.

I do not know what to replace bread and cereals with. Bread is so

basic for me that I just cannot think of what else I can eat. Even

when I eat my greens and salads, I like to eat bread with them.

Can anyone suggest to me what I could eat instead?

Jerzy

There are many different levels of gluten intolerance. My wife who has MS is

gluten intolerant to the point that she can't use the same toaster for fear that

her food will come in contact with breead crumbs.

Today there are many substitutes out there but no direct replacement for regular

bread. You will have to find another food to enjoy. Don't forget cornbread or

tortillas. Also look up the many web sites for gluten intolerant people which

have recipes for alternative foods.

To be honest, our society is extremely dependent on flour and milk and this has

caused a lot of grief even when we do not develop reactions to them. A straight

meat and vegetables diet is better for all of us.
