Go for the compendium on complementary therapies written by Judy Graham that

we talked about. I think it's about £10. It's got all the supplement

treatments listed in there with lots of info. You can get it through the

msrc.

There is so much good information shared on this list

re: vitamins and supps. but I often find that my head

is spinning with all of the data.

Has anyone seen (does it even exist?) one text which

details the benefits of the vits/sups specific for

MSers? Maybe there are a few titles that would cover

this information? Having access to books would help me

enormously.
