Guest guest
Elaine, I hope this email lifts her spirits. I had a bilateral mastectomy in 1989 and have done a lot of volunteer work for the B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and the American Cancer Society and have participated in many walks and fundraisers for breast cancer. I will keep her in my prayers and would appreciate hearing from you again after her surgery. Norma (in Austin, TX)

Guest guest
Norma, You are an amazing lady. With all that you`ve got wrong with you including having had cancer, you still do things to help other people, and you encourage us on this site as well. You are an inspiration and obviously you make a difference. Which is what I would like to be able to do before my life is through. Keep up the good work Norma, , Australia. Guest guest
, Your email brought tears to my eyes as what I have done for others has brought joy to me as well. When life gives us lemons, we try to make lemonade. When I start feeling sorry for myself, I find that when I can help others or bring some joy to their life that I feel better myself. Love, Norma from Texas
