Guest guest
Ooh - classic food allergies - and very exciting because it's easily dealt with. There are various ways of sorting out food allergies - as you will have read on the list but you could start by monitoring every meal and the symptoms you get afterwards and then try eating stuff you never normally eat and see how you get on. Lots of people on this list have had food allergy tests and you will get lots of advice! O After Meals Hello Everyone: It seems that I usually get very tired (very draggy feet, no energy) after eating a meal or snack. Does anyone else has the same experience or is it just me? --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Guest guest
I have the same issue...have noticed that often it's the quantity of a certain food. Example: corn warms me up when I'm cold, but too much makes me overheat and get really tired. Weird, but controllable (the important thing). > I agree with Olivia's post.
