Guest guest
Hi tta, The only part of your program I question is the massage of the legs [unless that is specific for vasculitis]. I agree that we need to get the circulation to move the excessive fluids from the legs, but in my own experience massage made my EN much worse. So I touch the legs as little as possible. The best elevation for me is high above the heart level when I am laying down. I use a large balance ball on the sofa and it works well. Amazingly I can even fall asleep in that position. Well, to be honest, I have always been able to sleep well. I slept for 22 hours straight after my last final exam in college. I hope everyone is feeling better! I just woke up and my leg is much improved over night. My fever is down to normal and no malaise ;-) Arturo will be here soon to start to work on the attic. I think I will do a teeny bit of planting in the backyard. I can do it while sitting in a chair. Happy Weekend, Everyone! Love, idio.
