Several people in my agency have taken the course for CEU's and to expand knowledge base even if they are not planning on completing the requirements for CASAC. Note that multiply numbers of people from one agency can get a substantial discount (up to $500 per person) and you may be entitled to tuition reimbursement if that is part of your benefits package. I thought with so many of our populations having substance abuse issues some people would be interested in this training opportunity. The class starts September 18th and the tuition can be paid on a monthly payment plan. Hope this is helpful information.
