Here is info on the blood tests that Bobby had: http://arthritis.about.com/cs/diagnostic/a/crp.htm These test usually are elevated with EN and show inflammation. They don't really point to the trigger, but hopefully the new dr. will get some ideas from the photos and rest of the tests to figure this out.
