Guest guest
I just joined this group yesterday after accidently discovering PSSD on the internet while trying to figure out what the hell was going on with my sex life since quitting SSRIs about 2 years ago. I was always under the impression that normal sex would return within a few months after quitting SSRIs. In my particular case the libido is fine, but the lack of sensitivity and inability to ejaculate is the issue. I have three questions of the group: 1) I would have to assume (from reading the other messages) that it isn't uncommon to be able to masturbate to climax but not be able to climax with a partner. Why is that? 2) I also assume from the messages that time is the only solution and that PSSD may be a permanent problem. Is that true? 3) Has anyone ever consider a class action lawsuit against the SSRI drug companies? My psychiatrist didn't even have a clue about the prevalence of sexual dysfunction with SSRI use, let alone PSSD.
