Guest guest
I agree with what the other moms are saying re: even pressure along the forehead. I have not heard of that method. How is the flat side of the forehead supposed to grow and even up with the protruding side? had too much pressure from his helmet on the flat side of his forehead so, the ortho shaved away some of the material in the helmet. Now..I just see a pressure point where it should be..midline and to the right. You may want to again bring this up with your ortho..good luck..hang in there...Joni > > morgan is wearing her helmet now 2 hours on 1 off, she is doing > well > > with it, as a matter of fact when i took off the helmet today she > > cried so i gave it to her to play with and she was happy, but im > not > > happy, morgan has a slant on the left side of her head in the back > > and a very slight bulge in the front on the left, her helmet is > > putting pressure correctly in the back, the red spots are where > they > > should be, in the front though the red spots are on the right side > > of her forehead and in the middle when they should be on the right > i > > would think since thats where the buldge is, one red spot on the > > right side is back in her hair line and twards the enter of her > head > > very close to her soft spot, i did mention this to the ortho when > i > > took her on monday he says he wants to apply even pressure on her > > forehead, ok thats fine but there is no pressure on the right side > > of her forehead, does this sound right to you guys? if i have > > confused you please let me know im just getting frustrated > > again. thanks nikki
