Pacific Standard Time, PozHealth writes: Subject: Lipo reimbursement A couple of years ago I appealed before a Medicare judge a Health Net Seniority Plus decision against coverage of lipo for "Buffalo Hump". They called it a cosmetic procedure. I complained of neck and shoulder pain, and loss of movement. The Judge overuled Health Net and ordered them to provide the procedure.
