Guest guest
That's getting on and off LISTS and everything in between. (A portion of the guidelines to the WTO groups are sent out each day because alltogether they can be rather overwhelming. They are sent to all lists in approximate order of what is important and are not making any comment on any particular message on any one of the WTO groups. Please note our guidelines have developed over the years by the group as a whole to meet situations that come up again and again. Before you post, you must agree to try to read and try to meet them. If you have any questions, comments, or feelings you wish to voice about the guidelines, please write to at bear454us@... or RandiBPD@.... Thank you!) BORING TECHNICAL STUFF YOU MUST KNOW, AND YES, THAT MEANS YOU On yahoogroups (formerly egroups), people take care of all their own list-related maintenance: unsubbing, subbing, changing to digest, etc. Please go to www., sign up using a password, and remember that password. If someone else has access to your Internet account, please use a unique password and DO NOT click on REMEMBER MY NAME. If you do, someone else can send messages from your account. Going to the unique URLs to the list you belong to/want to belong to (such as http://groups.yahoo.com/group/WelcomeToOz) allow you to do everything you need to do, such as subscribe and unsubscribe. Please note that the software does not permit attachments or forwards of mail. The facilitators of the lists would love to help each person do this. Many subscribers don't want to do technical things they are unfamiliar with. But with 1,500-1700 people in this community, it's just impossible. A dozen people subscribe or unsub every day. Yahoogroups is easy, and there is a help button. If you have followed the directions and still have not been successful, please forward your email and the responding email (if any) to the facilitators and we will help. We reserve the right to not reply to people who will not read the directions and will not try to follow them. Changes make take minutes or hours to take effect. Sometimes Yahoogroups has problems and posts are delayed. Please know that no one is holding up your post. When Yahoogroups informs the list facilitators that there is a problem, we pass it along. Yahoogroups is a free service and no money is exchanged to or from Yahoogroups and these lists. So when there are problems, we just try to grin and bear it for a few hours or a day or two.
